- Your first complimentary digital proof will arrive by email 2 business days after you placed your order.
- Let us know what you think. Love it! Like it? We’re happy to fiddle and fine-tune, and send a second complimentary digital proof to arrive within 1 business day.
- Once you provide your stamp of approval, your fabulous Mink cards arrive within 3 business days. That rocks!
PLEASE NOTE: Orders enter the print production queue the first business day following the receipt of your print approval. All orders take one business day to print, ship FedEx Overnight the second business day, for a third business day arrival. A 3-business day delivery is our goal, not our guarantee, as unforseen print production delays can occur. In observance of national holidays, our production facility is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th & 5th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day following, December 25th.
At Mink, your personal design guru will handcraft your undeniably hip card from start to finish. Your first complimentary digital proof will arrive by email 2 business days after you placed your order. Simply reply to the email with your requests for changes or your approval. If needed, we’re happy to send a second complimentary digital proof. Thereafter, each additional proof will be provided for a $15 design fee. Be assured, we never print an order without your approval.

Fonts: Any font type and size featured by Mink is available to you, at no additional charge. For additional information on our available font options, click here.
Colors: Any color featured by Mink is available to you, at no additional charge. For additional information on our available color options, click here. If you’re in need of a specific color, we’re happy to provide a custom RBG color match. Simply note your request in the "Additional Notes" field when customizing your card.
PLEASE NOTE: All computer monitors display color differently and there is no guarantee for precise color matching. Your final print colors may also vary slightly due to regular press calibrations and natural variations in paper stock. For this reason, we recommend ordering all items to ensure color consistency during printing.
Front Panel Design: At Mink, you may select from any of the designs we offer and customize your fonts and colors and add your wording, however the design remains the same. Please note we do not provide bespoke design services, which it to create something that is not currently offered on our website.
Back Panel Design: Any of the solid color, pattern, text, or photo back panel designs featured by Mink are available to you, at no additional charge.
- The colors and fonts used for the back panel design will be coordinated to the colors and fonts featured on the front.
- All back panel designs featuring text will have a solid color background.
- Photo back panels may include (a) 1 photo as full-bleed in the same orientation as the front panel, or (b) 1-3 small photos.
- Please note back panel photos submitted with different orientations will be formatted as "square".
- We can also add 1-2 brief lines of text to a photo back panel design. Simply note your request in the "Additional Notes" field when customizing your card.
- To maintain the professional integrity of Mink's printed product, the front and back panels of your card will be printed in the same orientation.
- Feel free to provide detailed instructions regarding your back panel design in the customization section during your order process.
PLEASE NOTE: The Mink logo appears on the back of all Mink printed products, with the exception of wedding invitations, and cannot be removed.
Design Preview Tool
We're not your ordinary oversized stationery store. At Mink, a professional design guru will personally handcraft your custom card from start to finish. As such, your personal customizations will not be reflected in the product preview image as you complete your purchase. Rather, we ask that you leave the hard work to us. Your custom card will be professionally typeset, with adjustments made to the placement of design elements to suit your photo. If you have any special requests, please let us know in the "Additional Notes" field, or call 888.381.3874 to speak with us directly.
Having a hard time deciding between designs? We are happy to place your photo in up to 3 design samples prior to your purchase, free of charge, to help you determine which one makes your heart go aflutter. Keep in mind, the design samples will only feature your photo, as your personal customizations are performed after your purchase. Please send an email with the name of 1-3 designs, along with your attached photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be delighted to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a $35 design fee to change your choice of design template after we've created a proof.

We offer a Mink Paper Styles sample pack that includes one printed sample of our 3 luxurious paper styles - FRESH matte, MODERN pearl, and LUXE ultrathick, along with a printed sample of our HIP Color Options chart for only $5.00. This provides the opportunity to evaluate the quality, look and finish of each of our luxurious papers, while the color chart provides the opportunity to evaluate each color as it appears when printed. Due to the customized nature of our products, the paper sample packs are not available for a specific design, with the exception of wedding invitations. Cards & Stationery
White 65# envelopes are included with each card & stationery order. Due to random irregularities in paper, you may find a few extra cards or envelopes in your order. There is no charge for these additional pieces. At this time, we are unable to order additional envelopes or pre-order envelopes.
All Mink cards measure 5"x7" or 5"x5" as noted in the product description, with the exception of Thank You Notecards and Moving Announcements that measure 4.25"x5.5", and Wedding Enclosure Cards that measure 4"x5". Futhermore, all Mink cards are double-sided, flat cards. However, we are happy to provide a folded card format for an additional $.65 per card. Return Address Printing
Mink offers custom Return Address Printing for $.54 per envelope. Each envelope flap is printed using the same ink colors and fonts to coordinate with your card. Return Address Labels
Mink Return Address Labels are customized to coordinate with your card by using the same fonts, colors, and design elements. Our Wrap Return Address Labels measure 7.5" x .625" and are priced per box of 50. (One box of 50 @ $28.00; two+ boxes of 50 @ $22.00 each.) - Currently we accept photos that are 10 MB or less in the following photo formats: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp and .tiff.
- Always send the original photo from your digital camera, shot in the highest resolution your camera will support. Optimal resolution for a 5x7 photo is 1500x2100 at 300 ppi/dpi. The term ppi or dpi, refers to the number of pixels (photo) per inch. The lower ppi or dpi means the printer will print fewer pixels (or photo) per inch, which will negatively impact the quality of your printed card.
- Please avoid cropping your photos. Submitting the original photo format will ensure we have the greatest flexibility when placing your photo. If you have specific instructions regarding the placement of your photo, feel free to include those requests in the additional notes when uploading your photo.
- When submitting photos for a back panel design, it's best to submit photos with the same orientation to avoid cropping. As such, full bleed panels will be printed in same orientation. Please note multiple photos submitted with different orientations will be formatted as "square" on the back panel.
- Please keep in mind when we print a card, photos that print to the edge of a card will be cropped up to 1/8 of an inch on each side. For this reason, it's important to submit photos that do not contain important elements within this 1/8 inch of a margin, because they will not appear on your final printed card.
- Mink does not offer extensive photo editing such as photoshop backgrounds or taking out stains on a shirt. However, we will crop, eliminate red eye, brighten, sharpen, or convert to black and white or sepia at no additional charge. If you have specific instructions regarding your photo, or would like us to convert your photo to Black and White, feel free to include those requests in the additional notes when uploading your photo.
- Please note: If you choose to proceed with a photo that Mink has advised against and you are unhappy with the final product, we will not offer a refund.
All Mink products are printed with the highest quality digital offset printing press available. Digital offset printing is the latest technology in the color printing industry. This technique utilizes liquid press ink and delivers bright, long-lasting colors.
Cards have a minimum order of 25 and are sold in increments of 10 thereafter. Return address labels are sold in sets of 50.
You may order up to a quantity of 500 on our website. For larger orders, please contact customer service directly at email@example.com or call 888.381.3874 and we will be delighted to assist you.
You can reorder cards and labels, but not through our online ordering system. If you placed an order within the last 60 days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in placing an order for additional cards or labels. If you placed an order longer than 60 days, or require changes or additional customizations, a new order must be created through our online ordering system.
If you place a reorder without requesting changes, it will take approximately three business days to process and receive your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Your final print colors may vary slightly from your original order due to regular press calibrations and natural variations in paper stock. As a result, we cannot guarantee an exact color match for orders printed on different dates for the same item, or for items sharing the same color palette.
Every Mink order ships FedEx Overnight for only $7.95 and arrives 3 business days after final proof approval. That rocks! The most fabulous part? Every order over 100 cards ships FREE. Please note unclaimed packages will be returned by FedEx after 3 business days and will be charged a $25.00 service fee for re-delivery.
NOTE: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
At this time, we are unable to process international orders through our website. If you live in Canada or Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will be delighted to provide you with a shipping quote and provide assistance in placing an order.
Change & Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order before we have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase minus a $10 processing fee. If you decide to cancel your order after we have created your proof, we are happy to refund your order minus a $35 processing fee. Please note, there is a $35 design fee to change your choice of design template after we've created a proof. Once you have provided proof approval, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you need to make a change to your printed order, we are happy to assist you with a discounted reorder. We are confident you will be happy with the quality of your custom Mink products. To ensure 100% satisfaction, please take great care in reviewing your proof for inaccuracies, spelling and punctuation errors. Mink is not responsible for errors noticed after final proof approval.
Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accepts returns or exchanges. However, in the event that:
- You are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to arrange to reprint your order.
- An error is made by Mink, please accept our apologies and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. You will be given the option of a reprint, full refund, or credit towards a future purchase. We request that you return the original order, and a full refund will be issued as soon as we receive the shipment. Examples of a Mink error include incorrect paper style, incorrect image, or inaccurate quantity.
- You decide to proceed with a photo that Mink has recommended against and you are unhappy with the final product, we will not offer a refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned orders or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
